I have told you that I want to be a Call Center Agent so I decided to research about it. Call Center Industry here in the Philippines is a Multi-Billion Dollar industry. It gives hundred thousands of jobs. It is also one of the highest paying job. Many people are now changing their career because of the salaries and benefits given by this industry. An average professional here earns only 250$-350$ a month but a call center agent earns 350$-650$. It is because of this job is performance based and the allowances that are provided by the companies.
